Quality Price Value This HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-In-One Printer has not jammed in two years (I do take time to place the paper in carefully), and the ink has never smeared (I have not tried glossy paper). The duplex feature has worked flawlessly. Very cost-effective printer. It may be a little noisy, but that's ok. (Posted on 4/6/10)
