The warranty of a product bought from Compubiz Enterprises is provided solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product upon purchase and is subject to the conditions established by the manufacturer.

 

CompubizUSA offers an exclusive 7 day exchange/refund policy on mail order and web purchases except for software and digital media products. PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PACKAGING AND ALL INCLUDED ACCESSORIES during the 7 day exchange period because items returned must be in its original condition. We will not accept items that do not have its orginal manufacturer's packaging, nor items that have used, damaged or incomplete accessories and consumables.

 

Return Guidelines per Product Category

 

  • For Printers and Scanners, returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. The items returned must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging including all packaging materials and accessories such as: instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. If the product you wish to return includes any consummables, such as inks or toners, the consummables must be sealed and placed in their original packaging.
  • Software and Digital Media Products are non-returnable.
  • For all other electronic products, returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging, including all product accessories.

 

Restocking Fee

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 7 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns because of compatibility issues are not exempted from the 20% restocking fee. Moreover, should you refuse your order upon delivery by the courier, Compubiz Enterprises will also be charging you a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted if the toners, inks or printheads are opened.

 

Furthermore, apart from the 20% restocking fee, please also note that your refund will also EXCLUDE initial shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).

 

Return Authorization Number

 

Web and mail order exchanges and returns require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number to be issued, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 873-2127. Please note that a Return Authorization number does not guarantee final decision regarding the refund or return. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in its original factory carton, including all packaging materials, consumables, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton.

 

Procedures for Returning/Exchanging Items to CompubizUSA

1. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid Return Authorization # written on the outside of the shipping carton.

2. A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package. Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.

3. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use FEDEX Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

4. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all internet and mail order purchases.
